When they're not logged in, clients will see your public page with a login button.

Each client has a unique client portal login (their email) and password

What clients see when they log in

Once they log in, clients will see all the portal workspaces you've shared with them.

Workspaces are private sections in your client portal for sharing content and tasks, open to one or more clients. You can have a single workspace per client or set up multiple workspaces for one client to handle various projects. If a client has access to multiple workspaces, they will see them inside the client portal. Clients have unique client portal access. See the example below

FAQ

What invoices and proposals can a client see?

Clients can only see invoices, proposals, and subscriptions that are addressed to them.

Meaning, they have to be set as the recipient when you create the document.

It won't be visible to the other contacts linked to the same company.

If there is no proposal or invoice to display for a client, the "billing" tab will be hidden.
