Fetch the public sharing URL. Usually you have to click on a "share" or "embed" button and generate a public URL accessible to anyone on the web. If you're able to access the web page in private browsing mode, then this should work.
Paste the public URL, select an emoji icon if you want and submit
Your application is integrated, your client can access it by clicking on it đ
Most applications can be embedded using a public view. However, some of them (like Notion) don't authorize embedding
If you get an error message when trying to embed your app, this likely means that the app is not supported or doesn't autorize embedding.
In that case, you can add it as an external link instead in your portal
You might want to to embed the same app into multiple portal workspaces (meaning, with the same link).
This could be useful for a generic welcome video or a calendly page.
In that case, once you add the embed to a portal workspace > right click on the embed > click on "add to my library".
Next time you want to add this embed, simply click on the library button and select the embed.
Note that we also recommend that you create a portal workspace and call it "template" so you can reuse it for every new portal workspace. In that case, everything will be duplicated, including all the apps you embedded.
