🚀Hubflo - Quick Start Guide

Hubflo is your new command center to manage your clients and collaborate with them.

Hubflo is powerful yet simple and easy on the eye. We designed it specifically for small businesses like yours that sell services. 😇 Hubflo is a powerful system but you can get started pretty quickly.

First, remember that you don't need to use every single module or set up everything to get started. We recommend that you start with the basics.

The two pillars of Hubflo are:

• Projects (where you manage your client work)

• and Portal Workspaces (which are shared spaces that live inside your client portal)

In both projects and portals, you can create and manage tasks, files, embeds, notes, and invoices.

Projects are your "back-office" while workspaces act as your "front-office" with a client.

Projects and Workspaces can be linked. (It's fine if you want to keep using your project management tool; you can use Hubflo as a client portal and client management tool)
