⚙️Configure your client portal

To configure your client portal, head to settings (top right) > Client Portal

1/ Domain

First, you'll need to pick your Hubflo custom subdomain for your client portal. Most of the time, you'll want to have your business name there.

The domain can't have less than 5 characters or more than 20.

(You'll be able to host your client portal on your own domain by end april / early may 2024)

2/ Public page

This is the home page of your client portal when clients are not logged in.

You can add a headline and a custom welcome message.

Click on the "General" tab in your settings to set up your logo, client portal cover picture and custom color.

We recommend using a square image

The cover will be used for your client portal and proposals (recommended size is 1600 x 400)

You can find one in our gallery here, Pexels, or make a custom cover with Canva.

Don't forget to save all your changes 🙂
