🗓️How the calendar integration works

In the calendar section, you will find:

• Access to all calendars linked to your synchronized email account.

• All Hubflo tasks.

Which events are visible?

This calendar acts as an exact mirror of your Outlook or Gmail calendar. This means that any event created in Hubflo will also be created in the Outlook or Gmail calendar of your choice.

Which tasks are visible?

Only tasks with a due date are shown. By default, they appear at the top as all-day events. If you prefer to schedule them at a specific time, you have two options:

1. Edit the task to add a start time and an estimated duration.

2. Right-click on the task and select "Add to my calendar," which will create a calendar event in your Gmail or Outlook calendar for this task.
