🔔Client Portal Notifications

Both you and your clients will get email notifications for critical events.

All email notifications sent to your client will have your company name as the "sender".

Clients get a notification when:

  • They have unread messages in a chat room

  • You invite them to join a new portal workspace

  • They have overdue tasks assigned to them (so you need to assign them a task and set a date for this task)

You get notified when a client:

  • joins your client portal

  • marks a task as completed

  • creates a new task

  • upload new files

  • A proposal is accepted

We don't notify clients when you upload new files to their workspace at the moment. You can simply drop them a quick message in their chat room to let them know you've added new files. They will receive the message via email along with a link to log in.

If you have multiple internal users, then the client owner will be the one getting the notification.

To change the client owner, go to the contact details page of the client, you'll see on the right side bar the "owner" dropdown.

We're working towards adding a complete notification center in your Hubflo back-office (should be live in april).
