Connect your Quickbooks account with Hubflo to streamline your invoicing and customer management:

1. Instantly Import Quickbooks Contacts into Hubflo

   • Activate the Quickbooks integration via your Hubflo settings to effortlessly bring over all your Quickbooks customers into Hubflo's ecosystem.

2. Seamless Invoice Creation

   • Every time you generate an invoice in Hubflo, it automatically creates a corresponding invoice in Quickbooks, including the customer details, if they don't already exist. ​

1 - Connect your Quickbooks Account to imports all your contacts

→ You can activate the Quickbooks integration through your settings :

Before you start, ensure your API key is generated; otherwise, the integration won't function. 🙂 ​

→ Next, you'll be able to input your Quickbooks login details: selection "production account : ​

Your Quickbooks contacts will be automatically imported into Hubflo 🪄 ​However, the must have an email address associated.

2 - Create an invoice on Quickbooks every time you issue an invoice on Hubflo

With the Quickbooks integration, whenever you create a new invoice on Hubflo it will automatically be created on Xero : ​ → Initiate the process by crafting your invoice on Hubflo, adding all necessary line items: ​

→ Proceed to issue your invoice directly through Hubflo : ​ ​

• If the contact associated to the invoice doesn't exist on Quickbooks it will be automatically created. We do recommend, however, that you ensure all details are correctly reported, such as the address or phone number. ​

  
• The newly created invoice on Quickbooks will be created: you can consult, approve & send your invoice : ​ ​
