If you want to use Hubflo to streamline your 'back-office' operations, then this is where the magic happens. Projects are organized in boards and stages. You have one default board, but you can create more (e.g., for 'Retainers,' 'Sales,' etc.). You can also customize the stages, fields, and even the terminology of the whole app.

If you're not working on a project basis, a project could represent a client. You could even change the terminology to "accounts" (head to settings > general)
