# Projects

If you want to use Hubflo to streamline your 'back-office' operations, then this is where the magic happens. \

Projects are organized in boards and stages. \
You have one default board, but you can create more (e.g., for 'Retainers,' 'Sales,' etc.). \
\
You can also customize the **stages**, **fields**, and even the **terminology** of the whole app.

&#x20;If you're not working on a project basis, a project could represent a client. You could even change the terminology to "accounts" (head to settings > general)
