Working with clients just got easier than ever. Now, you can collaborate on tasks with clients in your portal workspaces.

Client view of the task board

You can assign tasks to clients and clients can create tasks or mark them as completed. ✓ 3 ways you can use tasks:

  • Collect and track client requests effortlessly

  • Set up a to-do list for your clients (to collect docs for example)

  • Give clients visibility on the progress of a project.

Important notes:

  • Each portal workspace has its own shared task board

  • The "task" tab won't be visible to clients unless you create one task

Notifications

  • You get notified by email when clients create or complete tasks

  • Clients get notified by email at the set due date of a task

Can I have other stages for tasks like "in progress" or "waiting for client"?

Allowing you to display a specific task list with its stages in the task board: at the moment, you can just display tasks as "to do" or "done". However, you could use tags (which are visible to clients) to indicate that a task is in progress for example.

What can my clients see and in the tasks board?
