On Wix or Wordpress website editors, this can be done in a few clicks. Simply find your Client Portal link that we've initially setup earlier.

Then add this link to your Button or Navigation on your website!
In addition to using the default email invitation, you have the flexibility to craft a personalized message that truly reflects your intention and purpose for the portal. This personalized message can help to provide clarity and foster engagement among your clients.
By elaborating on the portal's functionalities in the invitation message, you can ensure that your clients understand the value it brings to your collaborative efforts, making them more likely to actively participate and utilize the portal to its full potential. This tailored message can help set clear expectations and drive engagement, thereby building a more productive and cohesive relationship with your clients.
To add a custom message, head to settings > Client Portal > Scroll down
With the upcoming "Client Portal" by Hubflo mobile app, your clients will be able to access your portal via a mobile app and receive push notifications.
This option will be available in the coming days through an addon
Your clients are likely accustomed to relying on email or text for everything when dealing with service providers. So it’s completely natural that some may need occasional reminders to use the portal until it becomes second nature.
For example, if a client keeps emailing you for files that are already available in their portal—and you keep sending them via email—you’re reinforcing their habit rather than encouraging adoption.
By staying consistent and directing them to the portal each time they ask for something that’s already there, you’ll train them to check it first. Within a few weeks, this habit will stick, saving you hours of repetitive, low-value work.
