Setting up your catalog of services will help you create your proposals and invoices much faster!

You can create either:

• individual line items

• or "packages" which are essentially a combination of items

Example for graphic design services: Items:

• Strategy session (Per session)

• Project management (Hourly)

• Logo design / Simple

• Brand guidelines

Package example:

• Brand Development Package - Light

  • Strategy session x 2

  • Project management x 2

  • Logo design x 1

  • Brand guidelines x1

Step 1: set up your catalog, click on "Billing" > "Catalog" in the top menu > "New item"

Step 2: Use your catalog to build your proposals / invoices

Can I include merge fields in my contracts

At the moment you can't but we'll be adding this feature by the end of the quarter. Quick workaround though: you can copy your client's info at the contract step and then paste it below in the contract
