1 - How do I create a subscription

Go to the "Billings" section, then "Subscription", and click on "New".

A subscription contains the same elements as an invoice:

  • Recipient

  • Items

  • Payment terms.

All you need to do is choose a start date, an end date (optional), a recurrence period and an invoice generation method (draft or directly edited and sent automatically).

Once you've created your subscription, you can sit back and relax while Hubflo generates your invoices for you.

You can enable "auto charge" if you've connected your Stripe account. The first invoice will contain a payment link that will save the client's payment method (on Stripe). Future invoices will be charged automatically using this payment method.

2 - How do I edit a subscription?

And if you need to change a subscription, no problem!

You can do so at any time, but it will only affect the next invoices to be issued.
